Dim Sum is the name for small portions of delicious wrapped food with various fillings from southern China. Gyoza, dumplings or momo are some other terms, according to the region where they are come from.
It is a dish that can be eaten for breakfast, lunch, dinner, or as a light snack. Therefore, traditionally, a grandmother prepares fillings with unused groceries for her dim sum to avoid food waste. We want to bring this “Zero Food Waste” spirit to our customer when they taste our delicious home style dim sum.
Inheriting the authentic southern Chinese wrapping style, YUMBAU uses a thin 1.01mm wrapper with 100% plant-based fillings for the perfect delicious taste. YUMBAU Dim Sum is ideal to be steamed, pan fried or boiled in water.
